We will send a screen, a mount, and a computer with all required cables for installation.

Each TouchTour system requires a single standard 120V outlet with 2x ports; one port for powering the screen, one port for powering the computer. Additionally, we highly recommend installing an ethernet port for connecting the computer.

Standard wood or metal studs with drywall are perfectly acceptable but if you add a plywood/metal backing plate where the screen is going to be installed, it makes the installation significantly easier. If there is any sort of tile/brick/stone/etc. instead of standard drywall, please let us know as this will require a different set of tools during installation.

Yes, although you will likely need to order an articulating mount in place of the standard flat mount due to the installation process.

This is generally on a case by case basis but most “normal” areas will work. If in doubt, send an email to logisticsmgr@engrain.com and we can help you decide.

No, Engrain will not move outlets, provide covers or extension cables.

You are welcome to move the screen to any location you desire after installation. Keep in mind that you will need the same power/internet requirements. If you would like us to handle the relocation, please keep in mind that our installers will not take on the added liability of transporting the equipment for you (no driving).

The standard flat mount that we use includes a security bolt system and specialized key to prevent theft. The standard articulating mount and display stands do not include this hardware.
