What property information do I need to confirm before requesting a Unit Map?

Most delays happen when client property details are incorrect or incomplete.

Before submitting a request on behalf of your client, confirm that you have:

  • The correct property name that matches PMS records
  • The full property address
  • Portfolio or grouping details if applicable
  • Partner contact information for map delivery

Common mistakes
